This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data and account from WACRM, the WhatsApp Business and CRM platform operated by FutureFist Tech Solutions LLP.
Your right to deletion. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU GDPR (where applicable), and Meta's Platform Terms, you have the right to request that we delete personal data we hold about you, subject to limited exceptions (for example, where retention is required by tax law).
Who can request deletion
- Account holders — businesses or individuals with a WACRM account.
- Authorised users — team members or agents added to an account.
- End contacts — individuals whose data is processed by an account holder. Note: as the data processor, we will route your request to the relevant account holder, who is the data fiduciary.
Option 1 — Delete from inside your account (fastest)
- Log in at app.wacrm.in (or your assigned subdomain).
- Go to Settings › Account.
- Scroll to Danger Zone and click Delete account.
- Confirm by entering your password and the verification code sent to your registered email.
- Your account is immediately marked for deletion. Personal data is removed within 30 days; backups are purged within 35 days.
Option 2 — Email request (for individuals without account access)
If you cannot log in, or if you are an end contact, send a deletion request to:

Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Include:
- Full name
- Registered email address (for account holders) or phone number (for end contacts)
- The name of the business that contacted you (for end contacts)
- A brief description of your request
To prevent fraudulent requests, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing the deletion.
Option 3 — Postal request

What gets deleted

| Audit logs | Retained 12 months for security and legal compliance, then deleted |
| Billing records and GST invoices | Retained 8 years (mandatory under Indian tax law), then deleted |
Note about Meta. Deleting your WACRM account does not automatically delete your WhatsApp Business Account ("WABA") or your business records held by Meta. To delete those, manage your WABA directly in Meta Business Manager or contact Meta Support. Message content that has already been delivered to end contacts on their devices is not under our control.
What we cannot delete
- Billing and GST records — retained for 8 years under Indian tax law (Income Tax Act, GST Act).
- Records subject to legal hold — data we are required to preserve due to active legal process or regulatory request.
- Aggregated, anonymised data — data that has been irreversibly anonymised and no longer relates to an identifiable individual.
Processing time
We acknowledge deletion requests within 3 business days and complete them within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your request is complete.
If your request is refused
If we refuse to delete certain data (for example, where retention is legally required), we will explain the legal basis and the data categories affected. You may escalate to:
- Our Grievance Officer: grievance@futurefist.com
- The Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.
- The supervisory authority in your jurisdiction (if EU or UK).
For end contacts
If you are an end contact (for example, a customer of a business that uses WACRM to message you on WhatsApp), please note:
- The business that messages you is the Data Fiduciary for your data.
- FutureFist is only the Data Processor acting on that business's instructions.
- We will forward your deletion request to the relevant business and instruct them to act on it.
- You can also contact the business directly using the contact details they provided to you.
- To stop receiving messages from a business on WhatsApp, simply reply STOP to the conversation. This will opt you out automatically.
